  1. Good morning/afternoon,
I’m a Mason from the USA and will be visiting your area at the end of June to mid July and would like to attend your Lodge on 4 July as stated on your web site.

My home Lodge is St. John’s #1, Portsmouth, NH Please let me know if that is possible as I’ve visited several Lodges in Hampshire/IOW in the past.

    Sincerely,
RW William S. Sawyer, presently serving The Grand Lodge of New Hampshire as Secretary to The Grand Master

  2. Good Afternoon Sir. My name is W.Bro Brian Durrant PProvDepGSwdB. Thank you very much for you message with reference to attending Clausentum Lodge No 1461. We hold each year our biggest meeting of the year, which is known as “Crab & Strawberry Night” so called after the brethren that founded the lodge back in 1873 when the lodge founders were made up from brethren from farming & crab fishing around the local area. This meeting is always held on the FIRST Tuesday in July (4th this year) due to the fact that on the following day is the Hampshire & IOW PAGM which is held at Southampton Guild Hall so we move our normal meeting date forward one day.

If you would like to attend the Clausentum Lodge Crab & Strawberry night please come as my guest, and if you can please come along to the PAGM the day.
Sorry to have to ask you this, but please remember to bring your Grand Lodge certificate with you as you will have to be proved in all degrees by our JW before the meeting, which I’m sure you will understand.

    Kindest Regards
    W.Bro Brian Durrant PProvDepGSwdB
